MORE than 300 Japanese professionals and students will be here next month on a goodwill trip sponsored by Wakai Nekko No Kai Ocean University.
According to Pacific Development, Inc., the tour agency arranging the on-island itinerary of the group, this would be the 34th time that Wakai Nekko will visit Saipan.
Hideo Kato, president of Wakai Nekko No Kai and Japan Council of Organizations for Young Writers, will again lead the visiting delegation.
Kato, an honorary ambassador of the government of the CNMI to Japan, has been visiting Saipan and Guam since 1968 to promote goodwill and friendship.
