ITS co-owner is retiring but 360 Revolving Restaurant will keep on turning.

Located on the eighth floor of the Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe, 360 Revolving Restaurant is up for sale.

Andrew L. Colburn has been the co-owner for almost four years since the iconic restaurant reopened two months before the Covid-19 pandemic reached the island in 2020.

In an interview, he said he is ready to pass the torch to someone willing to manage the only restaurant on Saipan that provides spectacular 360 panoramic views over the island’s majestic waterfront.

The restaurant is also known for culinary delights, such as its best-selling fajitas, sisig (crispy minced pork) and pulled pork sandwich.

Colburn said he is in a perfect place to retire. “I’m old enough now that I really want to play more golf,” he told Variety. “And I’m not leaving the island. I love the island. I’ll live here forever. I don’t want to go back to the states. I want to live here. The people of this island are really good to us.”

But he now wants to do “some other stuff,” Colburn said, adding that he also wants to pass on the opportunity to continue 360’s legacy of providing a unique and exciting way of dining.

House Floor Leader Edwin Propst, one of the restaurant’s regular customers, said 360 “offers the best views, great food and great service. I love Andy. Such a wonderful and engaging owner. I wish him the very best and thank him for the memories there.”
