Radio Station Magic 100.3 recently donated $5,000 worth of radio advertisements to the Northern Marianas College Foundation to help promote its Golf Open, which is set for March 2024.
(NMC) — As part of its long-standing commitment to higher education in the CNMI, radio station Magic 100.3 donated $5,000 in radio advertisements to the Northern Marianas College Foundation for the Golf Open set for March 23 and 24, 2024.
“At Magic 100.3, we’re all about amplifying good causes, and we are proud to help the Northern Marianas College and the NMC Foundation,” said Magic 100.3 Program Director RV Caberos. “We hope other CNMI businesses join in supporting higher education.”
NMC’s tournament will be a two-day event and the fee for the 2024 golf open is $250.
“On behalf of NMC’s Foundation, I extend our deepest gratitude to Magic 100.3 for turning up the volume on education,” said Ben Babauta, chairperson of the NMC Foundation.
The tournament, which is also the signature event of the NMC Foundation, aims to raise funds to build and equip modern, innovative campus facilities that will help expand the CNMI’s workforce development efforts, stimulate economic growth, and provide access to quality education for the residents of the Commonwealth.
