
(SHS) — The Saipan Humane Society in collaboration with Banfield Foundation and Veterinarians without Borders, celebrated a milestone with their first-ever clinic on Rota on Dec. 9, 2023. The event marked a significant step towards providing essential pet care services to the local community.
The clinic offered a range of free services, including vaccinations, flea and tick medication, the 4DX test for heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma, and Lyme disease, as well as sick consultations. The turnout exceeded expectations, highlighting the demand for pet healthcare services within the Rota community.
Ruby Ma, clinic manager, expressed her gratitude, stating, “We were pleasantly surprised by the substantial turnout from the Rota community, and we are deeply grateful for the community’s overwhelming support and enthusiasm towards pet healthcare.”
The success of the clinic was made possible by the generous support of the local community. Saipan Humane Society extends heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to the event’s success.
