Alam said they all paid for their transportation.

He said Tinian Mayor Edwin Aldan and wife supported their cleanup activity by providing refreshments, and a trailer for disposing of collected trash.

Alam said they will conduct another cleanup activity, this time on Saipan in the second week of January from Garapan Fishing base to Pakpak Beach in San Antonio.

He said they are also planning to go to Rota, but details are not yet finalized.

Alam at the same time acknowledged the assistance of community volunteer Max Aguon in coordinating cleanup activity schedules.
