In the Boys Singles 13-and-under division, Chris Park was the champion beating second placer, Grant Rhee 8-1.
Jeron beat Chris Cepeda 8-6, to place third.
In the boys 9-and-under division, Carl Dela Cruz became the champion beating Kevin Rhee, 6-1.
Jason Gamboa placed third as he defeated Alen Cepeda, 6-4.
In the Girls 9-and-under, Sakura Imaya beat runner up, Gio Song, 6-0.
Coach Peter Loyola said the summer qualifier was held to give his own students first-hand experience in junior tennis.
This coming Saturday, he said another tournament will be held, this time, for adults.
The meet will be divided into Class A and Class B, at the Fiesta Resort and Spa at 8 a.m.
