Haruo says he is not engaged in any illegal activity regarding Milky Way

Haruo said this in response to Peleliu Governor Jackson Ngiraingas ‘ accusation that he is running an advertisement in Japan media that  white Milky Way clay is available in Peleliu through Haruo.Ngiraingas’s letter was based from the query of Koror Governor Yositaka Adachi .Haruo in response to Adachi said that the Koror Governor should have contacted him first before going to other people who doesn’t have anything to do with issue.“I never had illegal activities. I have no records showing that my businesses don’t follow the national government and even Koror State procedure and policies. It saddened me that Ngiraingas is condemning me of illegal activities,” Haruo said.He explained that he has never had a false Milky Way Advertisement in Japan nor did he say that Milky Way is taken from Peleliu.He said he did talk to possible clients that will help export the sand to Japan but he has never pursued this because of lack of license to conduct such business.He said that he is willing to discuss the matter with Adachi.Haruo said that Ngiraingas’s statement is ”offensive.”Ngiraingas has asked Haruo to seize from the illegal conduct but Haruo said the allegations are unfounded and untrue.
