He further added that the Redmen has garnered all of first place titles in all of the tournaments it has entered – 5 of them since September of last year. Led by Bradley Kumangai, the team is said to be the best defensive team. Ngardmau is ranked number one in the WCSL and is recorded to have done well in other leagues it has played in. In the final game of the ECSL/WCSL Conference Title games, Ngardmau played against its nemesis, Ngaremlengui.Ngaremlengui put on its best performance but Ngardmau remained collected and played as it is reputed, better. “It was a close game, 10 to 8, but the boys from the land of the Waterfall are cool,” said Dwight Ngiraibai, president of Ongiall Association, “they did not wince when Ngaremlengui threatened. They performed really well.”Senator Hokkons Baules and Senator Mlib Tmetuchl donated the trophies given out to the champions and the first runner-ups.
