The amount will be used to replace the current CSPP data system.In a letter to President Remengesau, Nikolao Pula, Director of the Office of Insular Affairs said that the new CSPP system will allow for better financial management and accountability.Pula said that the design and implementation of the CSPP data system will be performed in two phases.Phase I will replace the current system, increase data entry for multiple employment periods and provide direct use of social security master table.In addition Phase II will implement the full system, track refunds, errors, corrections, buy-backs, calculate benefits and generate letters.
