In a two-page order Chief Justice Arthur Ngiraklsong said that Moran can no longer able to comply with the subpoena duces tecum because he already resigned from UK Investment Holdings Limited .
The order said that the sanctions for Moran alleged “contemptuous conduct” dating from the order of contempt dated June 28, 2007 until his resignation on July 16, 2007 adjudged the trial division to be jailed until the time he complies full with the order.
Moran appealed the case.
In the order, Ngiraklsong said the court is also puzzled that the Office of the Attorney General would disavow any responsibility or authority over the matter in response to order dated April 7, 2008 but will inject itself as party to the stipulation and file motions to dismiss the appeal of this matter.
