The league according to coordinator, Tony Rogolifoi is tentatively scheduled in August after the 2008 Budweiser Saipan Major League baseball season is finished.
A developmental program, the league limits participation to players age 15 to 25.
To register, proof of eligibility such driver’s license, passport or other identification documents must accompany the team roster which should have a maximum of 25 players.
Health insurance card must also be submitted to the league organizers prior to the opening. This is to ensure coverage in case of injury during the games.
Entry fee is $800 and is payable to Saipan Major League.
