In an interview, he said he and Parks and Recreation field personnel Max Ogo were picking up trash in Koblerville when a resident informed them about the used oil dumped in the area between Francisco Mendiola Sablan Middle School and the Pacific Islands Club.

Aguon said he and Ogo proceeded to area where they also found household garbage.
He said he reported the incident to the Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality and Parks and Recreation acting Director Ray Sablan.
Aguon believes that the used oil came from a restaurant that had also dumped gallons of used oil at Oleai Beach in March.
BECQ is now trying to find out the owner of the gallons of used oil, he said.
