The scholarship program is open to eligible students that are (a) 2020 high school graduates or currently on the 1st semester of college, (b) ongoing college students attending NMC, and (c) ongoing vocational education students (NMTI). All students who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply, to include high school graduates attending off-island institutions.
The chamber recognizes that the cost of post-secondary education is substantial and with the trying times caused by the recent pandemic, it is all the more important that we continue to promote and enable post-secondary education in our community through the support of local institutions, Northern Marianas College and Northern Marianas Trades Institute.

- Official SCC scholarship packets outlining eligibility requirements for all student levels will be available at on the scholarship webpage at www.saipanchamber.com/scholarship-program
- No hard copies will be made available.
- In an effort to stop the spread, SCC encourages students to submit their application online on the scholarship webpage. Students may also submit their application at the SCC office. Make an appointment in advance.
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must complete the application in its entirety and submitted on or before October 7, 2020. All students are encouraged to submit their applications online.
