Angel Concepcion Lagunay, a former TJSHS Stallion and a resident of Tinian currently enrolled at Northern Marianas College, has received approval from the Department of Homeland Security to begin training to become a pilot. Star Marianas Air Inc. has been selected to assist in her training which will begin on Oct. 1.
