November 3, 2020 is Election Day which lawfully becomes a legal holiday as authorized by Public Law 12-18 and 1CMC § 6508.
Due to the short number of government work days, the Nutrition Assistance Program has modified the schedule for November. Distribution of benefits would still be issued through the drive-thru procedures. The NAP appreciates the understanding of NAP households for the inconvenience this change in schedule may cause.
