The Asia Pacific Academy of Sciences, Science Education, and Environmental Management or APASEEM will be hosting in cooperation with local and federal resource management agencies.
The public is invited and, as at all APASEEM gatherings, audience participation is highly encouraged.
Due to Covid-19 health concerns, both talks will be conducted entirely using telecommunication.
APASEEM is pleased to lend support to the efforts of two scholars as they present current and very significant findings.
They are Nikita Sridhar, a senior at UCLA with a major in Marine Biology and minor in GIS&T; and Jamon Jordan, a senior at the University of Georgia where he is on track to acquire a double major in Fisheries and Wildlife with an emphasis in Aquatic Science and Natural Resource Management and Sustainability with an emphasis in GIS and a minor in Ecology.

Their talks utilize and contribute to the knowledge gained at the Saipan Lagoon coral nursery demonstration site. Sridhar will discuss coral wound healing rates while Jordan will talk about the efficacy of using 3D photogrammetry methods to monitor various aspects of the nursery.
