On Sept. 29, 2020, PICRC received a certificate of appreciation in recognition of its partnership and outstanding contribution to the economic stability, development, and growth of the Republic of Palau during the business luncheon for partners and sponsors of this year’s Independence Day celebration at Ming’s Restaurant, Palasia Hotel.

On behalf of PICRC, its chief executive officer, Dr. Yimnang Golbuu. was honored to receive the certificate signed by State Minister Faustina Rehuher-Marugg and Finance Minister Elbuchel Sadang.
“We are honored for this recognition,” stated Golbuu, “First and foremost, PICRC is the center for the people of Palau, even though the results of our work is relevant regionally and globally. It is therefore a priority for the center to support local development, especially for our young people who are interested in science and research. We thank the government of Palau for this honor and recognition.”
