TO make the last moments of this year’s Pride Month celebration more memorable in the CNMI, Tom Yum Restaurant and the Amazing Show Girls are hosting “Rainbow Finale” on Friday, June 30, 2023, with live entertainment and drag queen performances.
The colorful and festive event will start at 6:30 p.m., with cocktails and a dinner buffet.
“There’s no better way to celebrate Pride Month than to join us [on] the final night of Pride Month,” said Sharmaine Casquero of the Amazing Show Girls.
She said the celebration will feature LGBTQ+ talents, creativity, diversity and gender equality through music, dance and other performances.
Tom Yum Restaurant owner Phannee Reagan said they’re hosting Pride Month celebration for the first time. She said she and her friend, PK Phommaachanh, came up with the idea of a music, food, and dance-filled Rainbow Finale as a way to support the LGBTQ+ community in the CNMI.
As business persons, Reagan added, it is also their own way of giving back to the community.
