Triathlon Association of the CNMI secretary general Ricky Castro, Marj Ganacias and other members usually go on bike rides every Saturday, but last Saturday was a bit more special — it was also the Fourth of July.
The group meeting place was at American Memorial Park. At 6:30 a.m., they made their way to the Bird Island Lookout, the Grotto and Banzai Cliff before heading back to American Memorial Park.

“We just love doing exercises every weekend,” Ganacias said. “We appreciate the health benefits.”
