Delegation chairman and House Floor Leader Rep. John Paul Sablan emphasized the importance of expediting the process to collect and review any and all data or information regarding the nominees, adding that the delegation has only 30 days to act on these appointments.

According to the law, failure to act on a nomination within 30 days “shall be deemed an acceptance of the appointment.”
