The event aimed to help athletes prepare for the Tagaman triathlon set for March 21.
MV’s men’s relay team completed the courses by clocking in at 1:17:25.
MV finished the 750km swim with a time of 9:52. MV’s Renato Barros was second in the 20k bike, clocking 31:22, while team-mate Vhoie Francia completed the 5k run with a time of 36:21. The team had the best overall results to win the gold.
Agape Pegasus was second with a time of 1:17:33 while the Civic Boys were third with a time of 1:20:25.
In the men’s division, Ronald Villafria clocked 1:21:15 to take first place. Tyce Mister was second, 1:21:35; while Dizon finished third at 1:22:32.
In the women’s division, Heather Taylor took the spotlight with a time of 1:21:01; Robyn Spaeth was second, 1:23:17; while Sarah Vander Wal was third, 1:28:36.
In the women’s relay team division, Vitamin C.E. was first with a time of 1:40:11 while Agape Dolphins came in second with a time of 1:41:19. There were only two teams that competed in the women’s relay team bracket.
In the mixed relay team division, Tri finished first at 1:11:04; Lau Lau Lau came in second, 1:20:47; while JP*Plus 1 was third, 1:21:47.
