THE Saipan Chamber of Commerce is inviting local businesses to take part in a customer service workshop on June 28, Wednesday, at the Island Training Solutions training office on the 6th floor of the Marianas Business Plaza.
According to a release from the chamber, the workshop will help staff learn great customer service skills that will help attract and retain customers.
The workshop will be conducted by Jim Arenovski, owner of Island Training Solutions and a former SCC Business Person of the Year.
The cost is $50 per registrant for members of SCC, and $65 for non-members. There is a $5 discount for companies that register three or more participants.
Two scheduled training times are available: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Concepts that will covered by the workshop include understanding customer perceptions; “delivering the power of friendly”; customer service attitude; anticipating customer needs; professional phone skills; and more.
“Employers benefit greatly when their employees participate in workshops like this,” SCC Executive Director Kimberly C. Camacho said. “It improves customer satisfaction, builds loyalty, and enhances the company’s reputation.”
