(Department of Public Safety) — On Sept. 22, 2023, at around 6:30 p.m., police received a call regarding a presumed terrorist threat against Francisco M. Sablan Middle School in San Antonio.
Based on a thorough investigation leading to an arrest warrant issued by CNMI Superior Court Associate Judge Wesley Bogdan, Criminal Investigation Bureau detectives apprehended a 13-year-old boy for making terroristic threats. He was booked and detained at the Department of Corrections with bail set at $25,000.
