
THE Philippine Consulate General on Guam will conduct a three-day consular outreach mission on Saipan from Sept. 22 to 24 at the Sun Palace Hotel in Susupe.
The services on Sept. 22, Friday, will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
On Sept 23, Saturday, and Sept. 24, Sunday, the services are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All ePassport applicants are requested to secure their appointment slots through the Global Online Appointment System or GOAS by logging in at passport.gov.ph and choosing the following:

Country: United States of America
Site: Agana PCG-Outreach in Saipan
Applicants who need further assistance in using the online appointment system may email the consulate general at [email protected]
For consular services, including passport renewal, that require civil registration documents (e.g., birth certificate and marriage certificate), only documents from the Philippine Statistics Authority or its predecessor National Statistics Office will be accepted.
The mobile consular outreach team will provide other consular services such as notarization/legalization, civil registry, and acceptance of dual citizenship applications.
The following shall be observed and implemented during the consular outreach mission:
1) Only passport applicants who have secured their appointment through GOAS will be allowed at the venue. No escorts are allowed, except for senior citizens, persons with disabilities or minor applicants.
2) Passport applicants are reminded to bring the printout of the GOAS-generated passport application form on the date of their appointment.
3) Applicants are advised to show up at the venue on the date and time indicated in the schedule.
4) Passport applicants should wear proper attire (with collar and sleeves) for data capture purposes.
5) Ensure the submission of complete requirements by checking at www.aganapcg.dfa.gov.ph/.
