Camacho said CUC line crew will relocate some power poles in Sadog Tasi to give way to an infrastructure projects by another private firm, Hawaiian Rock.
“This power outage is required to safely relocate power poles to within the right of way for the construction of new road and drainage structures,” Camacho stated.
The poles that will be relocated, he added, will be placed in a permanent location, and will not require another transfer effort after the infrastructure projects are finished.
The power outage is necessary for the safety of CUC line crew, he said, adding that the power interruption will begin from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Camacho said the relocation effort will affect the operation of water wells in Sadog Tasi and the power service in Laguna Drive.
The Sadog Tasi power interruption will be an added adjustment to the ongoing load shedding schedule of the utilities agency.
Sadog Tasi is under Feeder 4.
