Why not adopt the 28-day cycle like everyone does for the pay periods? This will reduce your monthly CUC bill as you will pay 13 times a month instead of the 12 making each payment about 8 percent less. It’s like getting an 8 percent cut in your power bill — at the end of the year, you still pay the same. However, some of us will not be penalized for trying to keep our usage under the 500 kwh magic mark.
