Ellender Ngirameketii, Chief, Division of the Marine Law Enforcement, in an interview on Wednesday said that the talks is now on going among the three nations to resolve the sea borders issue.
The talks are being initiated by Palau Ambassador to the Philippines Ramon Rechebei under the guidance of the Minister of State Temmy Shmull and the Office of the President.
The issue has been around for a long time now but the talks has just started several years ago.
Ngirameketii said there is no present sea borders among the three nations but they are trying to address the issue to determine which part of the waters belong to Palau and which part belongs to Indonesia and Philippines.
