Sonia G. Siwa of Paseo de Marianas Promoters said since the program began on July 1, they have already filled about three walls of artwork.
“We are doing this every summer and every December to promote art awareness among kids aged 10 and below,” Siwa said.
She said every family who brings children to eat at any of the participating restaurants will get a free art kit.
“We give out crayons and ask the child to draw anything he or she wants to draw. We will post the child’s drawing in the display area of the Paseo,” Siwa said.
“This is fun for the children and the whole family can help the kids as they wait for their orders,” Siwa said.
Participating restaurants include Unibouzu Restaurant, Capricciosa/Tony Roma’s, E’sy Kitchen, Furusato Restaurant, Country House/Moby Dick, Jonny’s Bar & Grill, Moomin Mura Restaurant, Mitsue’s Restaurant, Chung Gi Wa Restaurant, Coco Restaurant, Kinpachi Restaurant/Convenience, Coconut Tei, Misoya, Aglaia Restaurant, and Gourmet Restaurant/Saipan/NIC Health.
