Quitugua graduated with 592 other recruits and is with the 320th Training Squadron.
His proud parents, Rep. Justo S. Quitugua and Jackie Quitugua, attended the graduation ceremony.
Airman Quitugua is now attending technical school at the Shepherd Air Force Base in Texas and is expected to stationed in Japan later.
