Many are not receiving the full service they deserve yet they are being billed for the full month charges.
In my letter to the editor, I specifically urged the Legislature to look into this matter because of the many people that continue to be cheated by these companies. CUC and the government should take responsibility for the damaged household appliances. It is my understanding that CUC is being paid for use of each telephone pole by cable TV and Internet companies.
When you all were voted into office, you promised to help the public. I don’t remember anyone of you doing something about this injustice that continues to this date. I want a response to my letter from each one of you for this outrage and what you intend to do about it.
