The four-day Public School System Leadership Institute began on Monday, July 31 at Crowne Plaza-Saipan with the participation of Commissioner of Education Dr. Alfred B. Ada, PSS program directors, managers, school administrators and educators under the PSS Aspiring Leaders Program. The institute is being facilitated by Dr. Kent A. David, consulting director for learning services and innovation of the global education think-tank, Mid-Continent Research for Education and Learning.
