Northern Marianas College’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, along with the CNMI Developmental Disabilities Council, recently welcomed Director Dr. Kiriko Takahashi and Evaluation and Research Consultant Dr. Elizabeth Diaz Rechebei from the University of Hawaii – Pacific Basin Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. Their visit to Saipan is aimed at fostering connections with disability network partners and gaining insights into the diverse range of services and programs they offer to the CNMI community.
