THE Public School System issued the following statement Monday morning:
“We are aware of a video circulating in the community containing concerning content.
“The Public School System is in close communication with the Department of Public Safety and will provide any necessary updates. The information is still being investigated and closely monitored.
“We assure you that the safety of our students and staff remains our top priority and that all our schools have an emergency operations plan in place.
“We encourage everyone to stay calm as we take seriously our responsibility to ensure the safety of our students and staff every day.
