Since Mr. Camacho has a conflict of interest at CPA, the governor should request the CPA board to consider hiring Mr. Antonio Muna since he is a money man and Mr. Camacho as the CUC director since he has an engineering background and are perhaps trustworthy, too. But the two should consider working for less money until such time that the two agencies are functioning properly — then they either get a bonus or a salary to commensurate their ability. Or, CPA should hire back Mr. Carlos Salas for the same amount that was offered to Mr. Camacho. Think about it!
