You see, my problem is my Saipan nursing license. It already expired last June 2008. When I first got my license, it was advised that three months prior to the renewal of my license they would send me a renewal form and also inform me of the renewal fee. Unfortunately, I did not receive a renewal form.
Countless attempts have been made by me, my relatives and friends to contact the Saipan Board of Nursing either via e-mail, mail or phone call but there was no reply.
Even if this is not your problem, can you please be my angel by contacting the Saipan Board of Nursing at this number (670) 664-4810.
My request is to send me a renewal form to my address in the Philippines.
