I wonder how much of our tax money (allotted budget) has been used for campaigning. My hopes went down the drain.
Who is Justo anyway? Isn’t he the guy that has a master degree or a Ph.D? Didn’t anyone tell him that the CNMI government is broke? Or did he already know that but still did it to satisfy a constituent or a potential vote? What a life!
