Rangamar earlier said there are five teams that have not yet paid the $100-entrance fee despite his several reminders in the past.
In previous articles by the Variety, the BANMI president has addressed all team managers and coaches in a letter, that he will be giving all teams until the end of the regular season, October 17, to pay their fees, “or suffer the consequences of not playing in the playoffs.”
Yesterday, Rangamar said that if they “don’t pay their entree fee by tip off [date, they] will automatically forfeit their game.”
Only those teams who have paid in full will be permitted to compete in the playoffs, he added.
On another note, BANMI has released the schedule of playoff dates of the league, with Junior Nationals and Chalan Kanoa Saints clashing in first match.
