NANAMI Deleon Guerrero Mafnas posted $5,000 cash bail after her arrest Friday morning.
She is set to appear before Superior Court Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja on April 24, 2023 at 9 a.m. for her arraignment.
Mafnas is accused of assaulting Assistant Attorney General Keisha Blake at a Kagman residence in March.
Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho on Friday signed an arrest warrant for Mafnas, 26, on charges of disturbing the peace and assault and battery.
Judge Camacho set the bail at $5,000.
Prior to the incident, Blake, a civil division lawyer of the Office of the Attorney General, was having a drink with her boyfriend, who is also a civil division attorney, and Mafnas at a Kagman residence.
Later, Mafnas allegedly opened the door of Blake’s vehicle, where the government attorney was resting, and assaulted her.
Mafnas is the daughter of Senate President Edith Deleon Guerrero and former Corrections Commissioner Ray Mafnas, who is also a former Department of Public Safety commissioner.
