DUNG Tenorio and Sixto Aquino shot a 5-under par 67 to win the Amigos Golf Club’s Scramble Tournament at LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort West Course on April 2, 2023.
With a 15.5 handicap, Tenorio and Aquino notched a combined net score of 51.5 and brought home $500.
Carl Hocog and Frank Ermitanio went $400 richer after shooting at par 72. With a 16 handicap, their 56 net score secured them second place.
Joe Sablan Sr. and Tony Satur also shot 72, but ended in third place because their 15.5 handicap gave them a net score of 56.5.
June Jones Jr. and Eric Palacios were fourth with a gross of 72 and a net of 57 while Jay Muna and Al Aldan settled for fifth place with a gross of 72 and a net of 57.5.
The Par 3 winners Freddy Cataluna, Eric Mandell and Ricky Sablan each won $160.
A total of $1,500 was up for grabs as 38 players competed in the scramble tournament
The next Amigos Scramble will be held in September.
