‘Ora di Cena’ at Hyatt’s Giovanni’s

(Special Advertising Feature) — Giovanni’s at Hyatt Regency Saipan is changing your dinner plans by offering “Ora di Cena,” a four-course Italian set menu from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. starting Tuesday.

Executive chef Matteo Fracalossi said Ora di Cena is Italian for “it is dinnertime,” adding that in Italy, dinnertime is an opportunity to reconnect with family or friends after a day of doing their own things.

“Every meal is special in Italy but dinnertime is especially so because it is a time to enjoy it with the ones you love. With Ora di Cena, people can expect something different that has not been done before on Saipan,” he said.

“I am excited because this is the first time that we are doing something out of the box and hopefully, our guests and community will like it,” he added

The four-course dinner set menu includes Italian food staples like pasta, risotto, “Fiorentina” (grilled certified Angus porterhouse), roasted potato, grilled vegetable black truffle jus and Tiramisu Della Casa, to name a few.

Guests can choose one option from each course.

“We try to give our guests Italian food presented in a different way but always true to Italian authentic flavors,” Fracalossi said.

The Ora di Cena four-course Italian dinner set menu is $110 for two people, and $60 for one person.  Guests can also chose a beverage package that includes wine, sparkling or beer for only $18. Club at the Hyatt members are welcome.
