EFFECTIVE Jan. 15, 2023, McDonald’s of Guam and Saipan promoted Vilmore F. Santiago to the position of area supervisor for all Saipan McDonald’s location, along with the Maite and Tamuning locations in Guam.
Santiago has been with McDonald’s for about 20 years now and with the JCA organization for seven years. He had run numerous restaurants as general manager and they include McDonald’s of Tamuning and Harmon in Guam.
His promotion is well earned. It is in keeping with management’s ongoing policy of remaining aware and appreciative of the contributions that employees like Santiago have made.
“I am so honored to assume the position as an area supervisor and I welcome to accept the new challenges,” he said. “Being a father and husband is what motivates me to go on with my life as I look forward to achieving the small dreams in life. I am looking forward to learn more and gain skills on how to run multiple restaurants and achieving their goals at the same time. Some of my goals as area supervisor are to be an effective leader, learning from my own mistakes so it will not happen to any other McDonald’s restaurants. I am an open-minded person and will admit to any mistakes I make and I do believe that taking care of the people around you is a big factor in whatever business you have to grow.”
