Bank of Guam modifies hours of operation

BANK of Guam has announced its new branch hours of operation. The change will be effective Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, and will be standardized across the bank’s network.

New branch hours will be as follows for Guam, CNMI, and neighboring islands regions:

Monday – Friday

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday

Closed

Drive-Up and Walk-Up operations will also follow these new hours.

This change allows the bank to strategically leverage resources to provide even greater accessibility to their customers. While Saturday operations will no longer be available, customers will gain more time to bank throughout the week as Monday through Friday operations will extend by one hour at all branch locations.

“Our hours have changed but our mission to deliver only the best experiences for our customers has not.  Closing on Saturday will give our customers more access to our branches during the week while allowing our employees the work-life balance that is so important. We know that in order for us to be our best for our customers we have to make sure our employees are at their best. This means allowing them the time they need to rest and be with family so they can face the new week re-energized and motivated to deliver the type of service customers deserve,” said Joaquin P.L.G. Cook, president and CEO, Bank of Guam.

The bank continues to provide many options to bank 24 hours a day, seven days a week, making “The People’s Bank” always within reach. These options include Bank of Guam’s online, mobile and voice solutions.
