THE Governor’s and Arnold’s “deflecting and gaslighting shows” are just “Talking-Points that are NOT Solutions.” The funny thing is the Governor wants to talk about “how did he lie” as he didn’t say “I didn’t lie” but wants to know HOW he was literally caught in a lie LOL! While Arnold is still selling words to voters that don’t offer any kind of a solution for rebuilding our economy which is what matters MOST to voters when the ARPA runs out.
But being a Political Scientist, it would be safe to say the Governor is running dead-last in the three-way race. Talking Points and Photo Ops don’t solve problems Ralph and Arnold which is why Tina is going to figuratively slaughter both of you in the debate. People will not be voting for the words like the Governor’s “resilience & vision” and Arnold’s “rebuilding trust, equitable, fair and transparent” as voters want real candidates who will actually work FOR and Protect & Serve our Constitution and the People. Ralph and Arnold need to know they are NOT heroes as many voters actually see the Ralph is corrupt facing State & Federal Charges and Arnold was afraid to “blow the whistle and fight FOR our Laws and the People” just so he could stay in-good with the Governor — PATHETIC!
The AG Forum was very informative even thought there was nothing said that definitively separated the two candidates. However, Judge Lizama seemed more “proactive” in addressing the burden of carrying out Federal Laws and the AG’s oversight of the Government to prevent the waste of Government (the People’s) Properties. I have been screaming “bloody-murder” for two years over the failure to do anything about the Mariana Resort and La Fiesta but thankfully at least Judge Lizama has recognized the “failure in our government to Protect & Serve the People’s Interest in these two properties.” While AG Manibusan did say the Torres Administration was working on it but he didn’t give any specific details. But the kicker was, Manibusan asserted that the AG does not do the job of agencies” but he should know “the AG is responsible for making SURE ALL Agencies follow the Law and not WASTE Government Resources,” like the Mariana Resort & La Fiesta. Thanks Judge Lizama on behalf of a lot of voters.
A commenter made a very interesting point that whoever wins should consider, as he said “the AG needs to be STRONG” meaning an AG who will NOT faulter in their duty due to family ties and will stand-up to Federal Law. I witnessed the State of California telling the Feds: “if you (the Feds) want to enforce the Federal Laws governing Marijuana then go right ahead, but we (the State of California) will no longer arrest but only being issuing tickets for minor marijuana violations.” This bold step by California took the entire nation forward and towards the decriminalizing of marijuana that we are experiencing today. Well, it would have been great and even AWSOME for the Cockfighters & Fans if an AG candidate would have said and committed to “NOT prosecuting the Federal ban on cockfighting and telling the Feds to do it” just like California did with minor marijuana violations. The Feds were incapable of enforcing their own marijuana laws and the Feds won’t be able to enforce cockfighting, as it was and will be the “cost of prosecution deterring Federal Prosecutions.” But whoever the People hire, I just hope they will hire the one who is not just using TALKING-POINTS but will WALK his TALK to the People’s satisfaction. One People One Direction for NEW & BETTER Leaders!
