Atkins Kroll announces new HR director, finance and insurance general manager

TAMUNING, Guam (Press Release) —  Atkins Kroll Inc., an Inchcape company, announced that Daphne Leon Guerrero will join the company’s leadership team as human resources director effective September 26. She will lead Atkins Kroll’s People strategy as the business continues its accelerated growth in the automotive, car rental, and heavy equipment industries in Guam, Saipan, and throughout Micronesia.

“Daphne’s professional background, energy, and forward-thinking approach to people development and talent management will enhance our organizational performance and capabilities,” said Atkins Kroll Inc., President Alex Yap. “We continue to see incredible growth opportunities in our market and our People strategy is paramount as we move our business forward,” concluded Yap.

Leon Guerrero was most recently the human resources director for Citadel Pacific Group of Companies where she held progressively advancing HR roles across industries that include telecommunications, petroleum distribution, retail, solar, and property management.

Leon Guerrero is the president of Society for Human Resources Management Guam Chapter and president of the University of Guam Alumni Association. She holds a Professional MBA and BBA in Human Resources Management both from the University of Guam.

New finance and insurance general manager

The company also announced the appointment of Parm Sachdej as finance and insurance general manager for Atkins Kroll Guam and Saipan. Sachdej has 17 years of banking experience and was most recently the vice president and dealer center manager for First Hawaiian Bank. He is a graduate of St. John’s School and holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California.
