Nanako Celis tops Power Puff Girls Class race

NANAKO Celis stole Billie Pangelinan’s thunder in round 6 of the 2022 Monster Energy Points Race Series on Sunday with a heat 2 comeback performance at  Cow Town Raceway Park.

Pangelinan showcased her skills in heat 1, leading by a huge distance to finish first and earn 25 points.

In heat 2, however, Celis, who came in second in heat 1, suddenly turned the throttle and gained the lead to finish ahead of Pangelinan.

Both riders had a total of 47 points each, but Celis’s heat 2 finish broke the tie. She secured the top spot to end Pangelinan’s perfect streak. Pangelinan settled for second place while Shaniah Alvarez took third with 40 points.

Peewee I Class

In the Peewee I Class, only two riders competed with Roseha Untalan finishing first with a 50-point performance while Jarell Untalan came in second with 22 points only as he did not participate in heat 2.

Peewee II Class

In the Peewee II Class, Conan Iakopo remains the rider to beat as he clinched another 50-point finish. Keenon Togawa remains a threat, however, as he finished second with 44 points followed by Kaleb Reyes in third with 40 points.

Peewee ATV Class

Keoni Rosario is still first place overall in the Peewee ATV Class after a 50-point finish. Rockson Cabrera was second with 44 points while Brooklyn Susulin came in third with 40 points.
