JONNY’S Just The Tip’s teamwork was the key to their victory as they edged the Tambayan Drunken Dartz, 8-7, in the “C” Division of the SEDA Bud Light Dart League on Wednesday at Tambayan Bar.
Just The Tip took control early as Jerald Cabrera led the show with a Hi-Out of 126 while team mates Jonathan Inacio, and Jake Delos Reyes followed suit with wins in the opening 301 Double In/Double Out for a 3-1 lead.
For their part, the Drunken Dartz’s Jay Manas and Jhon “Juicy” Lewis excelled in the Partners Crazy Cricket game. Team mates Skem Kaipat and Utz Billy were also triumphant in the Partners 501 game, but Just The Tip maintained the driver’s seat, 5-3, after notching two wins.
Following a third split in the Singles Regular Cricket, it was the Drunken Dartz’s time to shine as their efforts finally paid in the Partners Half-It game when Jomar Danas and James “Chief Kang” Welly notched a two-win rally to even the score, 7-7.
However, Just The Tip’s Cabrera, Delos Reyes, Inacio and AJ Seman dominated the final Team 1101 game to clinch victory, 8-7.

Last Shot NoSkillJustLuck held their own against Rendezvous Mezzing, 8-7.
NoSkillJustLuck’s strong start set the tone with a 3-1 run in the opening 301 Double In/Double Out game. Mezzing played catch up but could only split the remaining games and had to settle for defeat.
Joining the highlight reel were Oleai Darty by Nature who disarmed the 9 Eleven Sniperz, 11-4, and True North Hit Em Up who bested Tambayan FNG, 10-5.
