BOMBA and Lady Starz continued their dominance in their respective divisions of the 4 Starz Marianas Club’s 2nd Annual Fall Fest Volleyball Tournament 2025 with victories Monday night at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.

Defending men’s division champions Bomba have yet to taste defeat, earning their third straight win by defeating Black Labelz in straight sets.

The opening set unfolded as a tightly contested exchange. Bomba leaned on their strengths, utilizing all three touches to set up devastating spikes led by KC Nuyles, Seth Hong, and Jermaine Salas. Black Labelz countered with teamwork of their own, as Leonardo Tenorio controlled the pace by receiving returns cleanly and setting up his teammates for counterattacks, highlighted by smart placements and timely blocks that kept the score tight.

The seesaw battle continued with neither team pulling away, but in the final possessions Bomba held firm while Black Labelz committed unforced errors, eventually falling 25-23.

With momentum on their side, Bomba stayed aggressive in the second set, capitalizing on every opportunity. Black Labelz managed to answer through much of the exchange, but untimely mistakes and defensive lapses doomed them, as Bomba pulled away for a 25-17 win to secure their third consecutive victory.

In the women’s division, Lady Starz bagged their second win by sweeping Spike Girls in two sets. Lady Starz proved simply unmatched, overwhelming their opponents with relentless spikes and quick returns to seize a commanding lead before closing out the first set, 25-13.

The second set was no different, as Spike Girls failed to mount a comeback against Lady Starz’s pressure, falling 25-9.

In the CoEd division, Gecko edged out Caduceus (CHCC), 25-19, 28-26.
