The Migz buried Pacific Traders with half the team score in the final quarter to finish the game, 95-82.
Bernardo launched the two-pointers picking up fouls to score extra three points from free throws in the first quarter for an early lead. He went 4-for-6 for the game.
Sonny Lerio and Bonbon Cadagat backed him up scoring seven and six points respectively.
Jomer Diyco fired the first three-pointer stretch the lead to five points.
Migz enjoyed a 10-point lead in the second quarter with Cadagat firing two successive two-pointers but they almost stumbled in the third quarter when Pacitic Trading’s Ryan Sanciangco managed to close the gap to a two-point deficit.
In a losing effort, Leo Itaas scored 16 points and Lauron added 10 points.
Jojo Garon and Alex Lauron helped Sanciango inch to the end of the third quarter but retired in the final quarter where Migz’ Bernardo and Cadagat kept the team in the upper ground scoring 10 and eight points respectively.
Bernardo hit 39 markers and Cadagat added 26 points.
