VFW ‘Warriors’ beat Coral Reef ‘Barracuda’ in 4 rounds

Warriors tallied a total of 129 points over Barracuda’s 117.

Nhelson Pagaduan of Warriors pocketed a total of 27 points after three rounds. He scored 10 in the first round, and got 7 in the second.

He made up his low score in the previous round by pocketing 10 points in the match.

Fellow Warriors, Sheila Muna tallied 26 points; Fred Camacho – 25; Tawny Barcinas – 23; and Raena Bermudes – 22.

So far Warriors tally a total of 17 wins, with 27 losses after 44 games in the season.

Leo Sablan of Barracuda made 30 points after three rounds but these were not enough to bring the team to bag a win over Warriors, as his teammates were not able to squeeze some good shots.

Barracuda’s Nizer Masayos got 27 points; Oscar Sablan got 18; Steve Limes Jr. completed 22; and John Peter finished 20.

Barracuda is at the bottom of the team rankings with a 15-29 win-loss card. Topping the team standings is the Primos’ very own, “Home Boys”, which got 28 win-total and 16 losses in the season.

Last week, Home Boys lost to USSP “Fotten Palau”, 126-113.

Fotten Palau wrapped up the match Home Boys with a three-round victory. In other matches under the Obyan Division, Krystal “Perfect Spotters” finished with a score of 120 points, winning two rounds against D’Pirates “Huwa” which got 108.

Under the Agingan Division, Godfathers “Rock Steady” beat USSP “Wat-Ever”, 131-102.

Saipancell “Hustlers” outclassed PTI “Voyagers”, 113-96.

Islander “Rent-a-Car” beat Coral Reef “Shark Attack”, 134-107.
