The building will begin construction in January 2009, which will be undertaken by Neco Construction Inc. and the project cost $962,540.
The new library is expected to be completed within 270 days from its construction.The contractor won the bidding process put up to construct the new library.The project was made possible by the diligence of the PCC College students who helped raise the amount to construct the new library.
